Terms of Service

These terms cover the ClevAgent website, desktop app and related services, operated by SJK Systems, Inc. Our guidance applies to activity inside the ClevAgent workspace, not activity elsewhere on your computer.

Create an account with a valid email address or Google sign-in, and keep your account secure. You may maintain separate accounts for different projects.

Only use ClevAgent with agents and systems you own or have permission to use. Do not use it illegally, disrupt or overload the service, reverse-engineer our systems, or resell the service without written permission.

Free use does not require payment. See Pricing for current features, limits, prices and purchase availability. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew until canceled.

You may request an upgrade, downgrade or cancellation at any time. Plan limits can affect a downgrade, and plan changes may result in a prorated charge. Cancellation stops renewal; access continues through the paid period.

Use the billing options available in your account, or contact [email protected] for help managing your subscription. Refunds are handled case by case.

You own the data you provide and are responsible for access you grant to project members. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the service.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Data export and deletion requests, including the 30-day deletion period and retained-record exceptions, are described in our Privacy Policy.

ClevAgent is provided “as is” without warranty. Guidance may miss risks or make mistakes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific uptime. We will announce scheduled maintenance in advance when possible.

We are not liable for service interruptions, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, data loss beyond our reasonable control, or actions taken based on ClevAgent guidance. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

If we confirm a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users by email without undue delay and within 72 hours of confirmation.

These terms are governed by Michigan law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Michigan. We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
