Your agent workspace runs on your Mac. ClevAgent also processes account details, usage records and some agent activity to provide the service. That activity can include parts of commands or workspace content.
Information we use
SJK Systems, Inc. operates the ClevAgent website and service. We use the following information to run the service, provide guidance, manage accounts and payments, and improve the product.
- Account: your email address, account and session identifiers, settings and plan usage. Google sign-in also supplies your name. We do not store Google OAuth access tokens.
- Agent activity: agent names, configurations, status messages, events, usage and costs. Coaching can include summaries, evidence and prompts containing command or workspace excerpts.
- SDK usage: automatic cost tracking is on by default. It may report prompt hashes, tool names and up to 200 characters of tool arguments. This limit applies to that argument field, not all coaching content. Full chat transcripts are not a standard telemetry payload.
- Website and errors: page views, funnel events and diagnostic data such as browser details, error traces and request metadata.
- Payments and email: subscription and billing records, plus the address and message content needed for account emails. Stripe handles payment details; we do not store card numbers.
When information is shared
We use service providers for hosting, account sign-in, payments and email. They receive information needed for those services and may process it outside your country.
When you connect an AI agent, its requests and relevant workspace content are sent to the provider you connect. Cloud coaching, when used, also sends coaching prompts to an external AI provider. We do not sell your data.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data while your account is active. Periodic agent telemetry, events, cost logs and daily reports are automatically removed after your plan's retention window: 7 days on Free; 90 days on Pro and Max.
Email [email protected] to close your account or request deletion. We delete the associated data within 30 days and confirm by email, except records still needed for legal obligations, billing or security. Those records are retained only while needed for those purposes.
Access and choices
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and opt out of non-essential communications. Email [email protected]; data exports are provided within 7 business days. EU/EEA users have rights under the GDPR.
Project owners and invited members can access project data according to their roles. ClevAgent staff access customer data only to resolve a support issue you have raised.
Cookies and protection
We use essential cookies for sign-in and basic site functions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Public clevagent.io connections use HTTPS. Read about account protection and vulnerability reporting on our Security page.
Updates and contact
This policy is governed by Michigan law. We may update it and may notify you of significant changes by email or through the service.
