ClevAgent (“ClevAgent”, “we”, “us”) operates the clevagent.io website and AI agent monitoring service.

Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address to create your account and send service notifications.

Agent Data: Agent names and configurations you register. We store heartbeat timestamps, event logs, and cost data reported by your agents.

Usage Data: We use Plausible Analytics (cookie-free, GDPR compliant) to collect anonymous usage statistics such as pages visited. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Error Tracking: We use Sentry to detect and diagnose application errors. Sentry may process technical information such as browser type, error stack traces, and request metadata. No personal content is intentionally sent to Sentry.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant). We do not store your credit card information. LemonSqueezy's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers in the United States (Hetzner, Ashburn VA)
All connections are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.3)
Database backups are performed every 6 hours
We do not sell your data to third parties

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active
Agent heartbeat and event history is retained per your plan (Free: 7 days, Starter: 30 days, Pro: 90 days, Enterprise: 1 year)
You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting support@clevagent.io

Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and data
Export your monitor data
Opt out of non-essential communications
